My room flooded in the middle of the night due to the floor above me having water issues, woke me up and moved me to a room with a less impressive view, the staff proceeded to due the bare minimum as I had to check in with them on where to go next and all they gave me was a waived resort fee which was even questionable as nothing was open such as many restaurants or even the pool.

Birthday celebration. Came to the MGM to celebrate a late birthday, love the mgm, wish more of the restaurants were open but I understand them not with the pandemic, can't wait to come back and hopefully these pool and the buffet are open.

Wasnt warm enough for the pool but it was advertised as open so kids didnt enjoy it at all. We almost chose Florida too.
